I suffer from major depression. These rings represent three days in a row that I have met my workout/movement goals. It’s not a lot, but it’s a start!

I have no else to share this with, but I was able to keep my average heart rate at 170 over a 60 min cardio workout. I am so excited 😭 and I know you guys might care!! I’m feeling so strong! (Ignore the mess please, I’m a parent lol)
