I sighted in my tactical mailbox today and I seemed to have got it dead on at 22 yards but my irons are way off windage wise which I didn’t expect. Has anyone ran into this before? Yes I have giant square thumbs.
Was off by about a mil on my windage but looks like Saturday's dope is solid out to 50-60 yards

My 1903 Springfield, 1933 manufacture. Had to order a period replacement windage screw as the one included was a little bent, hence the missing sight. Haven’t gotten to take it to the range yet but hope to remedy that once the screw arrives tomorrow.
Knew Knaf Day. CRKT Ruger Windage MSRP $80, 19.99 ; Kershaw Vedder, MSR0 $63, 24.99 both at KnifeCenter.com
New 45 acp, was looking for a Colt but slim pickings out there in stores. Took to the range today, had to adjust the rear sight windage and elevation a few click but overall a accurate 1911. Trigger a little heavy at 5.8# average but felt lighter at the range.
Does anyone know how to adjust this sight. It looks like 2 sights and I can kinda pull them apart but Idrk how to put one up or down on the rear sight and the knob on the right adjusts for windage but if you look closely you can see the 2 rear sights overlapping in the beginning of the vid v.redd.it/1e1wuexeaoo61
I realized I cucked myself when trying to take the sight off and spun the windage in the irons. Fml. Does everybody’s factory irons come one picatinny rail still showing in the back ? Moved mine back a notch
Anyone here use a Master Mount? It's off center on my WASR, towards the left side of the bore. I took it to the range and it kept shooting to the left. I tried adjusting the windage all the way clockwise on my PA 3x scope but it still shoots about 6 in. left from POA. Any solutions before I sell it?
Knew Knaf Daze! CRKT Ken Onion Windage, Kershaw Vedder.
First rare using the bow, the sight helps with range placement but I'm still getting used to windage as you can tell by the shot placement
I am 18 years+ into this game and I just now noticed that there is windage on field goals 🤦🏻♂️
Bow windage maxed out but still hitting to the right. I was aiming for the top left circle
Trimmed the windage tray to fit the stock oil pan and installed the pan. It's slowly coming along
Can someone explain why the irons on this M1A are unusable? Is there some kind of windage adjustment that I'm unaware of? btw, this is me standing perfectly still while holding breath.
I just figured out how the Windage perk works!
Got too happy with the windage knob...
Gt500 windage tray installon a 4.6 2v
How bad would it be to install a cracked windage tray? (1.8 BP out of a 95)
Meprolight’s Mepro Hunter rifle sight incorporates a memory function so that snipers do not have to remember every click of elevation or windage they have made when they need to switch targets, saving critical seconds
Ruger pc carbine 30 rd group at 25 yards with factory zero. Elevation is dead on. Windage favors right by a click or two.
Was able to adjust my front sight with an all front sight tool, no more Kentucky windage
Is this normal for a sight to need this much windage adjustment?
Newbie question, should I realign these closer to center or does CMP do a pretty good job and I should leave them alone for now? I haven’t fired the rifle and am wondering if I should try to adjust before firing. Not a lot of left windage adjustment left.
Alternative to using sight protector: just use a cheap sight, £10 with windage and elevation works perfectly.
ACOG windage and elevation adjustment tool
First time shooting passed 100yds. Targets set at 200 (.308 150gr) using Kentucky windage-first three shots outer ring. Can anyone offer tips please and thank you!
Just spent a week in my off time changing my; oil pan, oil pickup, windage tray, blow off valve, turbo inlet, air oil separator, coolant expansion tank, and skid plate. So glad I got the ball rolling for the summer! (08 STI)
