In 1st semester B.Sc syllabus for IT, CS branches and BCA degree, the course is called Introduction to MS Office or something similar. At a renowned university in India. Imagine the stress of the person who can't draw and all that paperwork.

Is it just me or are you guys surprised with this element as a syllabus in MA English exam ?

They act very super strict with the syllabus as if it was military boot camp, but it feels more comfortable after you get acquainted with them and know how to do the work.
