What’s the correlation behind alcohol consumption and higher recovery? It seems every time I drink (once or twice a month) I wake up in the green. Granted, it’s moderate (no more than a few drinks), my hydration is always great, and my diet is consistently healthy.

72% hydration sourdough. I’m down a sourdough rabbit hole and to be honest I don’t ever want to come out.
73% hydration 60BF, 30AP, 10Wheat and a 12 room temp ferment then 12 hour cold rise.
My stand mixer bowl just broke out the side while mixing some bagel dough, any experience here getting a replacement? ~2 months old and not that stiff of dough (~60% hydration).
