I am a 1st year medical student who's struggling to interpret abnormal ECGs, could I get some help on this example?
Horrible feeling started and lasted about a minute prior to starting ecg. Stopped by the time ecg started then occurred again while recording for a short time. Curious if others have seen this rhythm. It's said to be AIVR. Currently wearing a holter and had bloodwork done.

35M some peaks look like a cowboy hat and the following beat feels very heavy like being flicked in the chest and sometimes neck. I see them on ECG after a hot bath large meal or Iβm feeling stressed. If I have 4-5 in a reading my watch says inconclusive for a fib.
