Day-3,(K2K). We went to Amritsar to visit the golden temple the most spiritually significant shrine of the Sikhs. Just staying in the temple complex 4 hours passed by. I have never seen a more beautiful temple and never experienced the peace and spirituality I experienced there. IG- Devansh Alijar

Michael O'Dwyer from Tipperary was Lieutenant Governor of Punjab at the time of the Amritsar massacre in 1919. He justified the action which killed nearly 400 civilians. He was later assassinated in 1940 in retaliation for the massacre.
